30-day returns
Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery in resellable condition for a full refund of the book price. Start a return by contacting support with your order number.
Damaged or defective books
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 14 days and we'll ship a free replacement — no return required in most cases. Photos of the damage help us improve packaging.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return (or approving the claim). Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.
Digital purchases
Kindle/eBook editions purchased through Amazon follow Amazon's digital return policy.
